Great place to stay while in town for UD events. Clean and comfortable bed and accommodations with convenience of a surface to rest my bag - much appreciated. Amenities available include nice outdoor spaces, indoor pool, and fitness center. Bistro/ bar in lobby too- check pics.

One of the better all around experiences I’ve had personally, and I travel for work a lot, and certainly the best I’ve had traveling with my team (10 families) shout outs to Laura and Bob for being amazing through the booking process and overall and accommodating us with top notch service across the board. Everyone that worked there was extremely polite and appreciative of our patronage. This hotel sets the bar for what service and hospitality should be.

We had a great experience with this hotel when it came to reserving a room block for our wedding guests. Laura, the Director of Sales was very helpful and kept us updated when needed. She even helped us reserve a conference room to use to practice our rehearsal at no additional charge. Very pleased with our stay!

Great stay . my children and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. rooms were clean beds were soft . housekeepers, front desk worker, and the morning maintenance man was nice and welcoming. even the barista who made our coffee she was awesome . pool has a hot tub with plenty of extra towels. I didn’t really care for the night shift front desk tho who came into the gym while my (teenage kids) and I where chilling. and “confronted” me in if these where my kids or not. …. very unprofessional. but i won’t let that take away from the awesome service we had. that’s for the stay !

I recently stayed along with my son team and had a fantastic experience. The director of sales went above and beyond to accommodate all our team's requests, arranging a special area for us to hang out both indoors in the lobby and outdoors around a cozy fire pit, perfect for enjoying the fall vibes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bistro was always well-stocked and ready for us. Additionally, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent atmosphere and exceptional service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The Dayton Courtyard Marriott had a fabulous check-in. They expedited our check-in, even though we called after hours and checked in very late. The room was clean. It was a suite we had a living room and a master bedroom. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. We had a very restful stay at the courtyard, Marriott Dayton.

My son forgot his headphones there. Rochelle saved the day and shipped them back to us. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect if you're visiting the University of Dayton. I'd highly recommend.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed. Nice one night stop. Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Hot tub felt great after a long drive. We learned that courtyards do not have a continental breakfast but a Starbucks and order your own bistro so that was new to us. My husband felt the pool chemicals were too strong or not enough ventilation, his eyes were burning. Great little halfway stop for us on vacation. If you need noise to sleep bring your own fan, the room is very very quiet so we woke up quite a bit to outside noise.
